1.1 Dendrit Haustechnik-Software GmbH; Fehrbelliner Platz 1, 48249 Dülmen, Germany - hereinafter referred to as the "Provider", provides an information portal for products in the building services engineering sector on this website. Companies that manufacture and/or sell products in the field of building technology - hereinafter referred to as "manufacturers" - can publish their products as well as product data and other information, e.g. image files, texts, certificates, on the information portal if they have concluded a membership agreement with the provider. All product data and information available on the information portal is supplied exclusively by manufacturers who have concluded a membership agreement with the provider. Users can obtain a wide range of information about products and their manufacturers via the platform. The platform is purely a product information database without a sales option.

2.1 The information portal is addressed to manufacturers of products in the area of building technology as well as to interested parties who want to obtain comprehensive information about the products.

2.2 The user has free access to the product data and information of the information portal.

2.3 Manufacturers have the option of requesting membership with the provider via the contact form on our website. The provider reserves the right to check the manufacturer status. There is no entitlement to the conclusion of a membership contract. The manufacturer will then receive an order form and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract. A membership contract with the provider is only concluded when the order form has been completed and signed by the manufacturer and confirmed by the provider.

3. Services

The provider takes over the technical presentation of the manufacturer’s products and makes available to the user the technical use of the information portal. Services versus the manufacturer result from the membership contract concluded with him.

4. Rights of use/copyright law

4.1 The information made available in the information portal may be copyright protected, e.g. photos, texts, etc. The user is entitled to download the texts for invitations to tender for his own purposes. No further rights are granted. In particular, the provider is not entitled to change the texts, to transmit them in a changed manner and/or leave them to third parties for consideration or for free.

4.2 All trademarks mentioned in the information portal and on the website, which may be protected by third parties, are subject without restriction to the provisions of the applicable trademark law and the ownership rights of the respective registered owners.

4.3 The provider is entitled to the copyright to this website. Reproduction or distribution, even of individual parts, is not permitted without the express consent of the provider.

5. Liability

5.1 The provider is not liable for any permanent availability of the platform since this cannot be guaranteed due to the condition of the internet. The same also applies accordingly for maintenance periods of the information portal which can result in a temporary interruption of availability as well as in cases of force majeure.

5.2 The content of the product data and information is provided exclusively by the provider. The provider merely provides the user with the technical utilisation of the information portal. There is no monitoring or ongoing review of the product data and information. The provider is therefore not liable for the correctness, up-to-dateness and/or completeness of the product data and information, nor for their suitability for any use planned by the user.
